...nt possible and ensuring safety of employees throughout this pandemic situation. There have been no scenarios of reduced salary and infact we have appraisal lined up.

Dislikes

There is no work life balance. There is consistent extension of work apart from regular timings. Calls have been scheduled in unofficial time. Needs extension of work on weekends.

...some companies fired people but ITC assured us for your job security and salery. As on time salary, food & shift allowance, Working from home we have already.

Some big companies have already been issued valuation to employees. However ITC saying that our project not getting money from client.

Worst ever salary and hike provision... Year after year they keep on defering hikes and when they give, they give peanuts. Few managers are very egoistic although most of them are very good

- Work From Home Options - No Micro management - Salary on time - Reimbursement on broadband charges and ITC products - Job security is relatively better - Work-life balance is very good

Dislikes

- Only 60 days of Bench time - Projects and job role changes frequently - No appraisal communication by managers or HRs - Hike is much much below the market standards - So much manager driven, employees' opinion does not matter or even not considered -Manager's unnecessary monopoly
