No long term projects like project finish then seat on bench again and again Not good salary hike, like nothing even company performed good. Lake of company culture, company not taking efforts on team bonding like team outing, dinner like others company's do. No transportation provides for employees ( not even for team employee get together dinner also ) No diwali Bonus, gifts and sweets from company Employees feels like we are working in very poor comapny.

ITC Bangalore Campus is good with many big trees. Nothing more.

...o get your vehicle out. Management is very bad, they don't have good projects. You need to happy with the package you got when joined, No hike and also, won't get half of your variable pay. Average cafeteria and food.

...orst companies to work for. No appraisal since two years. 500 rupees increment..is this even a company? Getting lakhs of rupees from client and dripping us few pennies as compensation. Worst company, period.

Worst company ever! 500 rupee increment is what you get after toiling hard for 2 years.. no appraisal at all.

They won't pay the promised joining bonus, there managers are not well versed plan of implementation simple they do the project implementation like how students write the stand-alone programs, that means they are not interested to do the ground work before start the initial project, they will simply waste the time without hiring the proper resources and they force the Juniors towards work one final day they close the project in front of lob heads stating that Team is not performing well and fire the team

Worst ever salary and hike provision... Year after year they keep on defering hikes and when they give, they give peanuts. Few managers are very egoistic although most of them are very good
