Due to new CEO employee policies has been changed. So HR and exit team were very regressive in layoffs. No job security if you are not in project.

Dislikes

... resignation and threatens us with the legal issues if you deny the resignation. Even the 3 months notice reduced to 1 month and remaining 2 months they are providing us only the basic pay. This is only my personal opinion..

Work life balance is good. Compensation can be appreciated.

Appraisal process is very slow and delayed which cannot be purposeful for the next year. Ratings for Apr - Mar will be disclosed only in August. But, you will forced to set the goal before you know the last year feedback by June itself. Very less sponsorship for technical certification which discourage employees

WFH till now! I was recruited during Covid initially as FTE ( contract) for Kolkata Location , after 6 months showcasing my performance they made me permanent to ISA which just got 400 Rs growth!! On top of that my base location was changed to Bangalore without telling me!!

...ay with no Promotion!!! Any how I managed to make it to IS1 but later no growth! Less Technical projects with people doing over shifts , with less pay ...last Year I got 3 percentage and hello I was not only one many more people!! They even fired some as they didn't get projects in Bench... Non technical people just because they have lobby are seating on top positions and ruining careers of Young mind. HRs are of no use here they even don't reply you will find all of them on Instagram rather. Work life balance is more of bit ok that also if u are of same town as the job location!! Promotion and Hike is just expecting penny here if you don't have lobby over here. Technical up skilling is worse they have a portal which there Hr and some guys make courses which is of no value outside. You need to fight for wifi rebursement every month to get automated process manually done to get the money credited in more than 45 days. A point will come when u will stop apply for that due to the lengthy process which they make Internationally. Good clients like ABI already moved out from them seeing there efforts. Less Technical projects and less scope to get a good project infact. If you have any offer from other organisations as well even TCS don't come here. If you are just seating idle don't come here rather upskill and move here u will become rusted iron of no value.

I have total 3 year experience in ITC but there is no salary growth no better opportunity for changing career all are doing politics for increment work all those things they are thinking to grow your career always they reduce your confident same manager are doing politics in career same are maneger is good they will say grow your career will help thays why ITC brand is good but management is not good due to enginner salary increment promotion devlope skill better career they will not thinking to us thats why ITC employees not satisfied this company many thinks is there but upper level management don't what is going on management department many reasons is there
