I don't like working at ITC Infotech. Salary is so low even after working and giving your best, and also getting awards and appreciations, they won't increase your salary and keep it only till 5 LPA for freshers even if you stay here for 4-5 years.

Everything. They never think about employees. They never increase your salary.

I am working on a project with very good collection of people in it. It depends on the project.

In past 3 years my salary has not increased 2000 rupees, even though I am working in a profit-making project with good performance.

...t. If you not claims the amount then it will be wasted and directly goes to itc. 5: money will be deducted saying for bonus and returned after a year and helps you saving the tax. But they not return you full amount instead they will deduct the amount and return about 70% of that after 1.5 years. 6. Very less leaves are there total 21 privileged leaves and 5 sick leaves. They will be credited monthly.

They hire you at good package as they get is billed directly to clients with their cut.

...may be short term(if client rejects, then its difficult to get another project) Salary structure is very poor.
