...orking hours is too much (8:30 am-6pm) and thn 2 hours after ur shift gets over.Saturday is working with no extra compensation.Job security is zero.They waved off employees if the growth comes 1prcnt down.People use abusive laungage and literally shouts over business talks.Too much orthodox mindset in terms of attire and activities in office like tea break.No promotions even for hard working people .You have to please each and everyone by their own ways...Iwill never recommend a good hardworking resource to join ITC.No cab facility other thn few areas in Delhi:(.No health insurance for dependents.No work from home.No international location.No trainings!!

ITC company is excellent but management is transparent huge cafeteria policies good bonus and appraisals management games team work all excellent many things we don't do in home but when we join hotle it's mean we are decent professional and mature

Yes our managers is problem they didn't think our casual staff if manager mood is off for any casual staff he said kalvse mat aana your appraisals means how much you buttering your manager

Very good brand to work with, brand standard and process are set, great leadership at Corporate who closely monitor all aspects of the hotels. The owner of the unit is great visionary person I worked with.

Quality of product and learning that goes into developing it is quite nice. The fundamentals of the company is quite clear.

Dislikes

(hotel division) The salary was quite low though it was as per industry standards.. there is zero work life balance.. you slog for 12+ hours daily for peanuts... The appraisal were very disappointing.. Your management focuses only on cost control even at the cost of your pay rise... Overall hotel industry is a big no until and unless there are pay as per working hours applied.. until then they will continue to exploit the manpower

During lockdown of COVID situation the company support us a lot by providing full salary

Dislikes

Staff shortage most of the time and in my entire period of time in Itc I haven't seen or witnessed the company arranging any outdoor event or party for employees.
