Excellent management, superiors and senior staff. People centric policies with opportunity for individual growth and progress and equally commensurate financial compensation. Futuristic vision of the company combined with work ethics. Law and tax compliant in all spheres with good corporate governance. Women empowerment is being reflected in the majority of employees and workers being female employees. Social welfare is reflected at the CSR initiatives being undertaken by the company. ...the fact that I'm able to take my own decisions. Work culture is pretty chilled. Due to covid there was a deduction of salary in March, no salary paid in April & May at all. From June onwards the deductions are at 50%
