Excellent management, superiors and senior staff. People centric policies with opportunity for individual growth and progress and equally commensurate financial compensation. ...the fact that I'm able to take my own decisions. Work culture is pretty chilled. Due to covid there was a deduction of salary in March, no salary paid in April & May at all. From June onwards the deductions are at 50%
