Futuristic vision of the company combined with work ethics. Law and tax compliant in all spheres with good corporate governance. ...the fact that I'm able to take my own decisions. Work culture is pretty chilled. Due to covid there was a deduction of salary in March, no salary paid in April & May at all. From June onwards the deductions are at 50%
