...zation for 3 years and suddenly asked to resign within a month. Not recommended. salary also pays lowest in industry. Salary does not depend on your work. There HR doesn't know the details of employees, they ask everything to the manager. Poor management. No personal life, they call you anytime even when you are on break. More than 12 hours of working time. They ask you to work on Saturday Sunday.

...ver thinks of the employee welfare they are just busy in making their own money. No employee centric policies and above all for every employee there is different company leave and salary benefits policies.
