... ITBD will never fall short of people, who they can fool and ruin their careers. Job security - they layed off 30 people during lockdown without compensation and started hiring again after one week. Work Culture - In case, you're a seasoned psychophant, you may do well. Management - incapable and indecent people is the best description for the leadership of ITBD. Company Policies - they keep changing policies to suit their unethical strategies and intentions.

Dislikes

They don't mind paying a leader ten times the amount a grassroot (bread winner) level employee gets. And they do that because that leader is instrumental in exploiting employees and executing unethical practices.

Nothing People join and leave The finance department is more focused on deducting your salary for no reason.

Dislikes

A lot of politics within departments. Biased work environment. They only talk about culture and can give lectures. The managers shout on the team. Please don’t join this organisation they will spoil your career. Even HR hardly cares to solve your problems.

I left them with proper notice and all the rituals. When i resigned neither did my manager nor the HR informed me that the organisation i am leaving them for is a non compete for them. Neither did the new organization that i joined told me that. 1 month later they sent me a "Cease and Desist' notice. They legal associate who sent me this does not pick the phone almost all the times and they are not willing to answer my queries. They witheld my full and final illegally and it has not been settled yet. This is just the same saga with the people who resigned and then got the same notice from them. Absolutely not a recommendation and i still wonder how they got GPTW because this organisation is not employee centric at all and can below the line to cause as much distress as possible. They had almost 12-15.employees leaving them because of the various reasons and when some of them tried to revoke their resignations IT BY DESIGN refused. I have all the proofs. But they will play with you career and there is no learning which is one of the core reasons why people dont stick with them.

The only thing I like working here is flexibility to work from home at least for now. Also, their senior management try to pamper their employees and make them feel important; however it is all verbal and nothing useful in terms of benefits.

Dislikes

...to cater to industry issues so you can only rely on self-research and knowledge. Other than this, if you run into salary issues, HR and finance might take days just to acknowledge your problem.

By the time you're assigned with an account, your job is safe here. Salary will be credited on time.

Most of the times, people don't get assigned to any project/account due to which they remain on bench for even a year that diminishes their knowledge.
