During this pandemic the company has laid off more than 50 employees across all ranks in the April 2020. That was not even a month into the lock down.. Not considered even once that employees need support in this situation..

Dislikes

...all.. The blame always comes on the on ground employees for not delivering.. Freshers be aware as the company tends to hire freshers at very low compensation and then getting the work out of them like anything

...onment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Good peers around to work with, enthusiastic environment as most of the workforce are in a 23-33 age bracket

Dislikes

...e seems great on the outside due to their amazing marketing but reality differs. It largely lacks systems and is also poor on the compensation front, management bluntly say statements such as "any employee can be replaced" and they live by this. If Isprava was the only choice I would recommend to go for it but if other alternatives exist then choose the later.

Company culture is good. CTO & HR very supportive.

Manager & Senior team leader no manners how to talk with user & colleges. Manager support only chaaut person. Senior IT person directly threat to me I saw you front of manager but he always support to lovely person. And arrange one call for warning I am not working with discipline. 20 min for lunch, don't use phone. No future planning how expanding company security.

Dislikes

I've had a poor experience over the last 8-9 months where certain team members have impressed management with good numbers and ratings, but nobody has focused on how these results are actually achieved. This will ultimately affect the company's standards.
