It's a good company as domestic process. Work culture is average. Skill development is good.

Dislikes

Job security and Management. HR recruits support staff with poor knowledge just for low salary benefit which impacts there work culture. Job stability is also impacted but they don't care to loose there skilled staff.

Likes

Work ambience ( floor ) was designed well. Teammates were supportive. Career growth is too good for a starter to learn a lot and move to a position. Too many IJP's will be there to build our career. Training is available for new joiners about the process.

Dislikes

Lots of politics and salary is less even for a higher post. No hike at all atleast yearly as per company norms. No weekends or national or regional holidays since it's a 24/7 voice process, not even during any strikes/bundh's. No entertainment factors at all. Only work.

No culture,no skill growth, it's worst place to work as there are no work life balance. The most important thing about ISON is it's driven by individual person with work ethic and respect to there employees.

I have worked with ISON Technologies for 2 months and it was highly terrible. 3 days post my joining I have been forced to work for 24hrs with no KT and no support.

Dislikes

Management and the Managers are highly unsupporting. Being a female employee I was forced to bear words those are non acceptable in any culture. No work life balance, since we were forced to work for 24 hrs on daily basis.
