People will abscond and will leave without experience letter. - They are most happy if you work on Saturday and Sunday. There is no work life balance. - Worst process, they don't know how to manage work flow.

Nothing likes there It's very micromanaging company very stupid rules they are putting no growth for employees and Try to Treat like worker like very bad way

everything is dislike because there is no value for employment, just they treat like worker under dictator, No value for your personal life, you should need to work there every time if you work like that also no recognition for you, I ever seen such a micro management, If you work here forgot your personal life

Projects are good there is proper high level and low level planning. There is no proper/process followed. Decision cant be just spontaneous. Usually manager and team members collaborate within team and do analytical problem solving then come up with an optimal solution.

Dislikes

Policy are worst as they are typical Ishttaa policy that they are not find in any company.
