Micromanagement from managers. they treated you like an object. CEO is Insane person. he can fire anyone at any time without any prior notice. HR are only just for name. They all are the puppet of CEO.

I don't feel like I am working in a company or agency. We work together, play together and learn together.

Dislikes

You don't get technical technical if you require any to improve further. Also there is no any team outing, lunches and trips offer by the company. No perks and other corporate benefits.

I liked the flexible working culture and nothing else.

Dislikes

The company is driven by mainly one force. They have to deal with issues like biasness and favouritism if they want to grow. No Training, no planning and no strategy. Ishir is running in no direction with no vision and no set objective of any department. People are hired to do the specific set of tasks, no creativity and no people enforcement. R&R is outdated. The moment people enters the organisation, they are driven by the negative force which leads them to leave the trust in company and they seek other opportunities and take the benefit out of the available resources.
