only a few ISGEC give very low salary to junior peoples as Noida is a metro city hence Management look after lower salary peoples.

Average work environment. Teammates are supportive. Sometime you have to work on weekends. Management force you to work overtime. Company police is very poor. They gave me laptop during WFH and after somedays they started charging monthly emi.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is not decent and career growth is very very slow. Don't join EPC Division. No SOPs for working.

Only good thing is handsome salary at every stage.

1. No formal induction training, forced to work from first day without any training. 2. On the name of corporate medical insurance, the company asking the amount from the employees and the amount which they are asking is very high as compared to market rate of insurance. 3. No training for technical or skill development, 4. No cultral or any other events arranged by company. 5. Being saturday off as per company norms, employees are forced to work on saturday. Even they are so ridiculous that we have to ask for off even on weekends when we have personal work. 6. HR take resign without asking the reason of resign. 7. The language being used sometimes is abusive. 8. Many a times boss would be mentally torture, if you are a part of unfortune team. 9. Being a ISO certified company, processes are not clearly defined. 10. Bosses want you to work late in the office if they are staying late.

No canteen, no bus service, poor connectivity with rust of city, pollution ear company, no bonus , no gift , slow personal progress , you will grow only if you are good in boss chatukarta

Good Opportunity to start. Have a brand value. Management and owner trying to rectify the problems.

...ir Sunday too. No work from home or 5 day opportunity even for office employees. Discrimination between permanent and contract employee (in salary is obvious but respect and contribution bonus should be same)
