What I like most about working at Iqra technology is the positive and collaborative work environment. The team members always supportive and encouraging.

Salary and Bonus Structure: One of the things I dislike about working at Iqra Technology is the salary and bonus system. Employee do not receive their full salary directly, as it is tied to a bonus structure. Even a minor mistake can lead to losing the entire bonus, and taking even a single leave results in deductions from both the salary and the bonus. 2. Fine and Absent Mark Policy: Another concern is the fine and Absent Mark Policy. If an employee does not deliver their tasks on time, they are fined or marked as absent until the work is completed, which can feel very strict demotivating.

Firstly they give me opportunity to make career in IT they provide internships and training

Compensation is decent, but work pressure is very high sometimes I have to work holidays also. Management do not value and individuals'

Its an amazing time to explore new challenges and take opportunities, and this company have that much exploration as well as Carrier Growth skillset. I am very happy to work here in such a nice environment at Iqra technology.

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 1 years experience.

In Iqra technology working Experience is good i was learn many new things in it and learn how to improve our self and problem solving , the main deal is that we have to achieve client requirement and satisfaction.

Iqra is a good company company .Iqra give me a opportunity to prove my self in IT sector , so i am not saying anything regarding this.
