Salary and Bonus Structure: One of the things I dislike about working at Iqra Technology is the salary and bonus system. Employee do not receive their full salary directly, as it is tied to a bonus structure. Even a minor mistake can lead to losing the entire bonus, and taking even a single leave results in deductions from both the salary and the bonus. 2. Fine and Absent Mark Policy: Another concern is the fine and Absent Mark Policy. If an employee does not deliver their tasks on time, they are fined or marked as absent until the work is completed, which can feel very strict demotivating....Read More
