No Bonus and taking more then 15 leaves in a calender year is looked down upon If you are looking to join in a junior role as a Management Trainee, Research Executive or a Senior Research Executive, I would seriouslly suggest you to go anywhere but here. Atleast not the gurgaon office. The treatment of juniors is appaling and it is just not worth it.

You will get to learn many skills. Especially from junior management level, Ipsos provides opportunity to manage cleint directly. Everyone is co-operative and help you in projects.

...rk. No bonous. Work in weekends, leaves, company holidays. No compensation offs. Less salary as per the market standards.

The company has provided me with valuable learning opportunities, and I've gained a lot of experience during my time here. However, I’ve noticed that there is limited growth for freelancers and consultants, even for those who consistently perform in the top tier. Despite delivering excellent results, the opportunity to secure an on-roll position seems unattainable.The career progression remains a challenge for non-permanent employees.

I am disappointed with the consistent delays in my salary, which has become a recurring issue. I believe this is happening because there seems to be a lack of attention from the senior team member responsible for this matter. Timely salary payments are crucial for financial planning, and I would appreciate it if this could be addressed to avoid further inconvenience.

It is a great learning environment - with a lot of collaboration across teams. Salary is less but I have had immense work satisfaction. Appropriate growth opportunities as well! Flexible working hours
