Working overnight shifts, exerting significant effort, and receiving compensation as low as $4 can be disheartening. Nevertheless, I maintain hope that the Human Resources department at Invisibles will exhibit a more compassionate approach.

- Extremely poor work-life balance - Every week there is a failure or a bug in the main platform due to which the Engineering team is always stressed out - Product team has poor coordination with the Engineering team and this is primarily due to mismanagement and a complete lack of transparency - A lack of vision broadly evidenced at this company during my tenure especially via the number of times they had to fire their engineering and product team members and rehire new people. Also, a clueless founder. - If you are from India or Argentina or one of the lesser fortunate countries and applying for a data training position , please know that you will be exploited and mistreated. - Your communications and video calls are recorded without your permission and circulated at in person meetups by senior leadership so be weary. - Their websites have logos of OpenAI when OpenAI actually hasn't renewed their contract or partner relationship with this company. Should tell you about the ethics of this place flowing right from the top.

I get to work remotely, it provides flexible working hours. It doesn't hinder you from pursuing your life goals. There is Job security, and the management is amazing. This is the best company to be in.

1) Upper management is never questioned about their mistakes done even if highlighted. 2) Candidates who deserve to be promoted are never promoted. 3) Favouritism exists among the teams when it comes to assigning tasks. 4) Getting laid off after a project is very common.
