...cial hardships that leave no alternative but to accept meager-paying employment. Working overnight shifts, exerting significant effort, and receiving compensation as low as $4 can be disheartening. Nevertheless, I maintain hope that the Human Resources department at Invisibles will exhibit a more compassionate approach.

A notable concern about working at Invisible Technologies is its communication and transparency in decision-making, particularly related to job security. Being removed from the company without clear feedback or understanding of the reasons can leave employees feeling confused, undervalued, and dissatisfied with the process. This lack of clarity can impact trust in the company culture and the overall employee experience.

1. Leaders at the top CTO, Head of Product, Founder and some other people who think they are at the top have absolutely no idea what is happening at the execution level and why we suck. 2. We hire human agents and squeeze out work from them, pay them a very cheap wage and then fire them. Specially from developing nations in South America and Africa. 3. You will be given equity but that equity will always get diluted to a point where it wouldn't measure up to anything significant. In short I would look at other companies like Scale AI instead of this company. Please be wary that the company's culture and leaders are clueless at best and ignorant and egoistic at worst.

This is a rather hard question to answer, the company initially had come off strong as transparent and having a good culture. But later I saw that there is a lot of blame game that is played, senior leaders are very toxic - they meet in person secretly and discuss politics and most of the teams like the engineering and product teams along with operations is heavily overworked. Also the sales team does a lot of misselling and don't inform the other teams about the offers they've made to a prospective client - which ends up causing a lot of pressure and stress for any downstream team.

- Bad leadership - Many people on the top have absolutely no idea what they are talking about and won't admit it - Engineering managers of some teams don't know how to read a single line of code and are faking it. - There are bugs and failures in the platform every week before release and the team is always scrambling to fix it. - Product managers specially some in the SF area don't know what they are doing and seem to be crumbling under pressure. - Lot of presentations and fluff talk but no actual outcomes. - Human Agents are mistreated and not payed well so if you are applying as a data trainer I would instead go to other companies out there. - They are misusing logos on their website - OpenAI has pulled out of a contract with them yet they are advertising using that logo - says a lot about the orientation of the senior leadership at the company.
