There is a lot of policies in salary deduction. Monthly there are changes the policies...on the job traning is not given to new joiners.

Don't even join this campany they will not provide you the salary they promised i got 7000 salary in 3 month i do have all the proofs if they will ask me i can show all the proofs fraud campany

There is salary issue thy give salary on cash, and no time of salry appx thy hold 3 months salry , only old group head taking benefits. Not good for new comers. If your backup is good or damily background you can enjoy there. Otherwise you will loss you heardcore earning money. I have worked over there appx 5 years still facing my struck money and incentive they commit but not give if one give next will b hold Thats my bed luck still i m there. Overroll not good rest your choice Good luck

I only like the company infrastructure and cafeteria.

They do false promises that they will provide first month salary to the fresh candidate but they don't provide a single penny of money, poor work culture. Not safe for girls

Compensation is decent, work environment is good for operation department.

Not providing salary on time, not providing incentive, take so much time to release incentive, not releasing fnf amount to their ex employees,some times not providing contribution in PF account.
