Don't join only for salary it is terrible place. Don't give salary and commission on time rest company is good for learning

Work Experience and culture is so good . I will ask to all freshers to join ,but not for salary only for learning and skill Experience.

Salary not come on time .every minth you will got salary by 15 to 25 . Senior sales pressure high.

They don't pay salary on time means 1 to 3 months salary would be always due. Whenever you resign the all your outstanding due become zero. They will pay nothing. Quite unprofessional and shame on corporate culture of this company

1)no day off, have to work late till 8:30. 2)no salary, not until two months no matter you have achieved the sales target. 3)For taking clients to the site we have to spend our personal money only. 4)no money for convenience 5)pathetic work culture couldn't get worse 6)no matter you are fresher, they will be always at your head to work hard no matter how hard you work. there are so many reasons to tell but these are enough to tell you the reality.

...incentives , and your incentives will be forfieted,and eaten by TL and Seniors .Full and Final settlement will take another 180 days , even for salary you worked for , to get it than you have to wait for another 180 days . So for new comers for the 3 months if you dont get salary and if they terminate you or forced you to resign , than you have to wait for another 6 months , so in total 9 months and whether you will get Full and Final , for that also there is no Guarantee. They steal your clients and log in their on own name .So all kinds of unethical things they are doing .Really fraud and thieves. They are very rude , I must say that they are not human at all , not going to understand the other problems at all, such greedy and not a human at all ,as for eating your incentives , they will terminate you or forced you to resign , no matter what the conditions of others . They will easily select you with very good package and will show lots of dreams of huge commission so that you can work with the company with full zeal for few months , and the result will be as mentioned above . They will get the sales from you , and after that the procedure which is explained above will be implemented on you . What a hell to work with this company ? So what is the use to work with this company , when you will be terminated or to be get forced resigned as explained above to eat your incentives . Rest you people must think
