I want to write about the Dhruv Choudhary who fooled the management to . Egoistic maniac who has one goal to achieve that is to make him important in front of management by fooling and instigating the boss about other employees especially women. He is a yes-man who thinks he owns everything and every person and if they don't amend to his stupid ideas he will make sure that that so and so person should lose their job by hook n crook. I heard stories from other women and I stand with them, where ever this person goes he does the same. Please fix yourself and think why would you make people lose their job just to make yourself strong. The truth is you are weaker than us!

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
