Great work culture and great management. I have been with IntouchCx for 2.7 months.. Comany is expanding alot and giving promotion to the basic level employees. There is lots of growth in the company.

The only negative point over here is salary and increment % which is way to less. Rest everything is awesome.

What not? Everything is disgusting here in this organisation. Worked for about 5 years. All they expect is extended working hours without any pay. The training manager is an idiot. He expects everyone to work 16 hours a day. Irrespective of your shift timings, you'll be assigned with a work. Literally no one is concerned about your personal commitments, health.. you just need to work work work work. No recognition at all... Leave policy is useless.. to get 1 day leave, you've to request your peer n times. I suggest everyone not to join this organisation and spoil your lives

Company is offering good salary with cab.

There is zero job security. They will remove you whever they want by telling that business requirements. First they will hire on their requirement season much more candidates more than requirement after the month is finished they will remove you without any notice period.

If you think this situation cannot get even worse, the company will take it as a challenge! Split weekoffs - 6th day incentives are chump change Need to change company name as PIP 247 they can remove you with in 2-4 weeks or less If needed when January starts Use and throw. No human values
