The company faces discontent due to inadequate salary hikes, leading to a significant departure of senior employee, particularly senior software engineers in my project over past 10 months. Additionally, management occasionally issues discouraging remark to fresher employees, suggesting they may not be suitable for the company.

... more to the plate. 2. Micromanagement - not treating as a responsible Adult. 3. Unfair Pay during appraisal. 4. Failing to identify capable employ 5. The work and the effort the employ put in is not justify by their pay.

Being a stand for life(Personal+Professional). Trusted me to handle things in my own way and when I fall short they covered for me Transparency & Authenticity: Their was not a pay cut during COVID times, stood on their word.

...ment, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.
