The management is bottle-necked and hence loses flexibility or adaptability during critical business situations. Sales team is pathetic, the delivery team has always got most of the business regardless of sales team presence.

Management is very bad.No salary hike.Too much office politices are there.No project.Maximum time they can rated you 3 if there are no projects.Senior level is very bad. Higher management is very bad specially senior director and managers level.

They just have a huge office with parking space. That's all.

1) Salary Hikes 2) Favouritism 3) Not employee centric. Spend hours working and not even a decent courtesy to give the employees comp off or WFH the next day. 4) Nature of the project makes it difficult to come to office 5 days. 5) Cafeteria is a joke. 6) Rules are different for everyone. 7) Politics

Office infrastructure could be improved. More project opportunities would improve employee's confidence on the company and reduce attrition.
