Working culture is not so gud but gud Office timing is good no work load shift are also good only two shifts are runs per day sometimes 3 shifts run so gud

Someone doesn't quit because the work is too hard and usually doesn't because the pay is not good. Someone quits when leadership is filled narcissists. They quit when leadership is not aware of their egos. They quit when leadership doesn't listen. They quit when they are constantly disrespected. They quit when leadership is arrogant, egotistical, and destroys team harmony. A person quits when their mental health is getting worse day by day just because they work for terrible leaders. Worst HR (Ridhima) who doesn't even know the policies.
