There is nothing to like in this company. The staff does not how to talk to employees. Employees are treated like a servant, especially in the service center. My experience in this company was very bad. I don't recommend it to go there. They will not give you any hike and will not be able to provide you with any solution as well. People do not stay here not more than 4 to 5.

I worked here for 8 months and took only 4 to 5 leaves maximum. When I asked about taking leave to my TL. He had only one answer Abhi toh li hai. One day, I had a high fever so I asked my TL that I was unable to work properly so, please give me half a day. Unfortunately, he refused to give it. I would like to request everyone not to go there.

Company has policies but that remains in books only. Whims and fancies of some people drives the company. Ethics remain in plaque and has no relation to what gets practiced.

Completely immature culture. HR plays in name of policies.

Dislikes

Regional Head North likes to be a god and believe that this is his values and is supported by HR head. Advise by HR to treat him like a god. He is god of North India. He demand and threatens everyone in north india to only give me 5 rating for survey conducted every year and in case if he get a 2 or 1 that person is fired but before that they humiliate, play mental games to extend that the person health gets hampered. ( I AM.NOT QUOTING PEOPLES NAME WITH WHOM THIS WAS DONE) BUT YES EVERY 6 OUT 10 SUFFERS.
