Work life balance spoiled. Provide minimum salary. No bonus provide to employees

Everything but only compensation is low like all the other companies for existing employees

Nothing,only just increase the compensation for existing employees because this will also important at some point of time

Work environment and culture is built by the employees only not by employer. If employees including managers are good then the company automatically becomes good by environment and culture. Job security is best here and many new things to learn and different courses that you can access and learn.

Dislikes

More benefits should be given to employees. Bonus is not here which I think according to me is disappointing. I work as a senior executive in accounts payable domain , so in my domain bonus and incentives are not there. I can't comment on rest of the process.
