Nothing Better stay unemployed but don't join this company

Dislikes

-No training or KT sessions -Not so helping nature of seniors and shows unnecessary attitude. -To avoid gaving severance pay they will create such situation that employee will resign. -Stunted growth for normal employee as favoritism is practiced. -Almost 20+ years old company but still hadly 25 employees are there. -Not healthy environment at all, no career growth, no transport facility and no food facility, and no insurance facility. -Work from facility is only for favourite employees and remaining employees are supposed to come to office on regular bases.

Nothing as such.

Dislikes

Don't provide job training and KT session. Work from home is only for some employees (favourite). They will mention about bouns and salary increment in joining letter but after will deny by giving reason of performance issues. Senior employees don't know how to communicate(rude and offensive behaviour).
