1) Structured Business Strategy with excellent infrastructure that allows employees abundant growth opportunities in every department 2) The top management consists of level-headed executives from top-notch companies, with many years of experience at mid and senior levels. 3) The HR team uses best tools for communication and workplace employee performance. Everything is discussed in Black and White. 4) Strong ethics and culture values, very different from what startups do these days. For example, taking care of employees with rewards and recognitions, team huddles and on-floor appreciation. 5) Head of Departments have empowered their team members to brainstorm and discuss the projects and come up with innovative ideas. 6) Head of Operations is an excellent leader and process-driven person. Having a strong process is so important in the company. 7) The founder of the company has a clear mission vision statement- Give and Grow, his vibes are positive. He gives opportunities to grow and serve the organization.

I hate about Intent Amplify - 1) Very high corporate standards —- but that’s fair from a company’s growth perspective. The management themselves demonstrate high standards in communication. 2) Too much fun on Friday… I wish they did a Fun Monday thing. 3) They don’t stretch the work timings beyond designated business hours. And they don’t even reject the request for approved paid leaves. For someone who is exposed to expectations of working long hours— and having their leaders cancelled, this is a culture shock! Do not apply if you have a bad attitude or lack the competency to be nice, polite, kind and gentle. Apply elsewhere where bad attitude, micromanagement and poor behaviour is accepted.

Supportive administration with a strategic business vision to learn, grow, and prosper. The Founder himself is very much clear about the journey and destination. Overall, it is an intensely competitive organization and values every contribution that the employees put.
