Everything is discussed in Black and White. 4) Strong ethics and culture values, very different from what startups do these days. For example, taking care of employees with rewards and recognitions, team huddles and on-floor appreciation. 5) Head of Departments have empowered their team members to brainstorm and discuss the projects and come up with innovative ideas. 6) Head of Operations is an excellent leader and process-driven person.
