There's no team work there's no work culture such a disgusting org ever seen these people will layoff people with their personal grudge and salary wise there's no hikes for the people with talent or something they just show favouritism and give salary hikes There's no management support no proper trainings not such HR department such a worst company ever seen.

I joined Intellectt in September I thought yeah it's a good organization.

Dislikes

These guys terminated their employees without valid reason and too much mental pressure and micromanagement they guys want they treat employees as a slave. Even their is no security of job.

Never joined intellectt, I was joined in july 2022 in Noida, after few month my experience is terrible here, treat like a labour or servent, the HR of the company she has no common sense how to talk their employee, she behave like a owner of company. If any one want to join intellectt, be prepared yourself to handle these kind of thing.

Good work Environment. On time salaries. Festival celebrations,food provided.

Dislikes

Mostly sales,nothing to learn, don't allow new comers to settle down. Very very few calendar holidays comparatively with other companies.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
