The company have a good culture and we can't a difference between senior and junior level. We can't define the candidate by company card that what designation he have. And some friendly environment in work station. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is not decent, And growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day. In company No skill and development program we have to learn by self. Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths. Some time RM is not supported with you. It had a pain full thing 10 hours shift.

1. Toxic work culture HCL TSS Techbee 2. 6 days work but 5 days attandance 3. Sometimes Sunday working 4. No job security - HCL Techbee 5. Unrealistic Target 6. Maximum employees on contract payroll 7. No transperance in work 8. Abusing Bosses, nobody listen6. HR can't help 9. No personal knowledge gain. Horrible work life balance. 10. Telly calling to Students payment collection- you need to do by yourself 11. No incentive but Target is minimum of 4 crore revenue 12. No daily allowance during field visit 13. Expenses: Only Rs 3.5 per kilometre, that's it. 14. Earning potential in any university or EdTech or coaching institute very high as compared to TechBee contact or Full-time employee. 15. 90 days notice period, almost impossible to get new job. No company will wait 3 months for your joining

Hike & compensation are very worst in that company. I have got promotion and first rating in the first year itself but they have given very low amount of hike. Don't expect good hike and compensation in this company

I like they credit your salary on time. Nothing much

Dislikes

They don’t care about your health, benefits, family, nothing. They want their overloaded work completed within time or you have to take OT to complete the work but the OT amount will not be credited to your account. You have to follow up. You will work here and you have to follow up everything because it’s your money not theirs so they don’t care about your shift timing. I never closed my laptop on time never ever. But the benefits is zerooooo

Hcl Lucknow only can give you job security, it is not good place for anything else.

Dislikes

1.)Less increment, less than 5% if it is 10% still u won't get too much because they pay really less salary, they are paying which used to be paid 10 years ago. 2.) Work life balance, there isn't anything like this in hcl. 3.) Growth isn't possible they could hire people from other organisations but they won't give you chance. 4.) Ignoring employees they don't even want to know how their employees feeling still people are getting 10k to 12k and you can get how they can survive nowadays in this kind of salary.
