coming to salary, for freshers salary is very less. just 4LPA and after that they will not give any appraisal or promotions. they will give 7 to 10% increment every financial year.

The work environment is very good. I worked in Capgemini, India Mumbai Airoli campus and it's huge, beautiful and there's a lot of employee relaxing places. There's no too much work so you can always go back home on time. WFH is also regularly practiced. There are proper ways of raising your concerns and they are hardly left unheard.

No employee benefits. Hardly any compensation. Yearly increments are low. If you want a development project with innovation, capgemini is not the place. You'll need to fight with the RMG for a development job and they don't really provide you with one because everybody wants to go to development but most work are service based. You wouldn't learn much there unless you are a manager or a director

Nothing, everything should be wrong (Hire To Fire). West of time, contractual jobs for 3 months. If any guy' damaged his/her future, then I hope join him. Best of luck
