Salary always credited on last day of month, no delays in that. transperent annual appraisals, helpline to address employee harassment and workplace related issues.

Learning programs needed to implemetn prooerly.

...e less capability for team management and have less transparency between team. Existing policies doesn’t help employees to provide more benefits and salary hike is also less as per resource skills where company has to think.

...anagers and subordinate, and the management doesn’t address those challenges. Salary is decent but career growth is avg on which company has to think. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

not much to dislike. in my current project, growth is not too much. and for non-technical roles, recognition is slightly less than for technical roles (as it is an software company)
