Avg work environment and culture. Managers have less capability for team management and have less transparency between team. Existing policies doesn’t help employees to provide more benefits and salary hike is also less as per resource skills where company has to think.

Dislikes

There have been noticed politics between managers and subordinate, and the management doesn’t address those challenges. Salary is decent but career growth is avg on which company has to think. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
