Dislikes

There are so many dislikes. No on-time salary many times, and they do not notify. Also, very less appraisal. Management don't trust any of the employee, so they do micro-management. Management is into company politics and they do unhealthy competition among employees. In the name of learning and guiding, management actually make employee feel that employee are not good at all and useless. They don't know how to keep motivating the team. There are lot of lay off in the past year, so nobody has secure job here. I will select Monday-Friday job for working days, but actually there are many occasions when employees have to come on saturdays and sundays. and they don't provide any compensation for that.

The company does not have anything good. If I think, I can find few things good, that they pay salary, as every employer does.

Dislikes

They lay off every 6 months. Organization head counts reduced from 80-90 to 30-35 in 8 months. CEOs and Manager trust nobody, so they do micromanagement. Also CEOs and Manager play politics. CEOs behavior are immature. 5 days working is a joke, they ask us to work on saturday, sunday or any holiday. and if we ask for leaves, they don't approve or wait for the last day of the leave day of the employee. I am automation testing engineer, but doing manual testing, so no growth.

Team Was Good and Talented, But Management is worst, If anyone one is thinking about career with INTELIVITA, then it would be the worst decision of candidate. No Job Security, No Career Growth, No Appraisal, Dirty Politics, No Innovation. I would rate ZERO.

Dislikes

Everything apart from employees. It's a worst company in Ahmedabad i must say.
