Manager murali krishna muddada in DevOps team is the worst person. Without any reason he kept me on hold and hired new people. This old dog entirely ruined my career. Even after complaining many times to hr also no action taken against him. He didnt do nothing apart from asking updates. Very blaming others and make them suffer.

Doesn't have own projects always deploy in client locations locations client client client what client...company depends on clients profitability.i don't know how they running 40 years industry with out having own projects. Before joining to company manipulate and convince after that they respond any thing.....I have faced problems without paying notice period amount they fired in covid time......worste experience in my life..... Don't tap into this company

Mostly company working as third party service providers for software solution for client project, It's divded in multiple Business units , your work life balance and your good or bad environment dependent upon under which BU leader you are in. Few leader are very cool cooperative and ignore your minor carelessness and boost you when doing good. Few leader are doing micro management. Over all good company

Always new challenges Working in trending technologies Freedom to explore in your way ( in case of r&d projects). And one last leaves you can always get when you need provided it doesn't hamper the work in critical condition.

Some times there is a lot of unnecessary pressure which destroys work life balance but this is sometimes. Sridhar k (CEO) is very cool and calm person and he always tries to provide the best to his employees.
