...management is superb. There is a huge cafeteria, open terrace area for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Very poor management and no personal life if you joined this company, entire company is ruled with regulations like dictator who are the ceo's of the company, also there is no job security while working with instinct and HR is just the face while joining after that you'll never see HR is taking any action on your feedback and policy

I like the work over on the instinct innovation but the thing is that there is lots of politics in compony wich you cant manage i recommend dont go for cse or cst with instinct innovation

They expect 100% perfection without giving proper training, 3rd class managers they wont even listen to us the simply scold us no work satisfaction will be, do not ever join at this organization
