One of the challenges I faced at Inspirisys was the lack of clear career growth opprtunities in terms of promptions or salary increments. While I appreciated the learning experiences, I was seeking a role where my efforts and contributions could be recognized and rewarded more tangible.

.... POLITICS RUNS RAMPANT AT EVERY CORNER WITH OUTSIDERS WIELDING UNDUE INFLUENCE. IF YOU ARE SEEKING CONFIRMATION OR SALARY HIKE , FORGET ABOUT IT, ITS SIMPLY NOT GOING TO HAPPEN. WHATS WORSE EVEN RSP OFFICES ( CLIENTS ) SEEM COMPLICIT CHARADE, LIKELY DUE TO SOME MYSTERIOUS BENEFITS THEY RECIVE ($?). MY ADVICE ANYONE CONSIDERING JOING RSP PROJECT: DO NOT DO THAT, YOUR CAREER BE IN RUINS BEFORE IT EVEN BEGAINS. DO NOT EXPECT ANY HELP FROM KOLKATA HR DEPARTMENT. AVOID INSPIRISYS SOLUTION LTD RSP ( ROURKELA )

If you are fresher, then you can work here. Otherwise, don't waste your important time.

Dislikes

HR policies & HR not supportive, no increments, salary does not get you as per your experience. As per company calendar you gets Saturday off but they do work from you on Saturday. Not gets extra leave & money of that days.

You can learn the software from End to End Clearly

Apart from learning, no other perks will be comfortable for employees... No proper hike, in salary double deduction, no proper leave can be availed, No proper promotions
