The work culture is very good. Colleagues are really supportive. The mind set of employees here is to contribute to the Company's overall growth. And as a result people are completely involved in their work, but also help each other (even if from different team or function) in their work. Managers are very supportive and learning culture is very good here and individual growth of the employee is also good.

Dislikes

The salary structure is not so good. It is quite low for employees of such a reputed company. Work life balance is sometimes difficult to achieve depending on the function or role.

Nothing.... Pay scale is much less..it is difficult to survive in Gurgaon with this much less package ... More than 30% employees try to switch jobs

Company don't even provide food to the employees not the travelling facility, no function celebrations, no appreciation to the employee, not much salary hike. Employees are like workers

Biased nature towards promotions. Decision makers for marketing are employees from sales background Male employees are having extreme work pressure as female employees take immunity in the name of "gender" & don't travel & implement marketing assignments.

Salary system, not having good salary structure based upon current industry norms, huge difference in salaries within same experienced employees. They should have a pay scale system for every grade irrespective of the experience.

Good company, You can take your own decision related to your job. Salary , increament coming on time. If you have a potential then you can get good growth. One Saturday additional off given by company.
