Nothing to like here, No salaries, No timings, etc… I never seen such like company. Actually 1 star is casual, If there is 0 star. I’ve given that “0”.

... to 11hrs in the office, if you go home before the timings, you’ll be fired. Also there is no proper salaries, I never taken my salary on time. Please don’t get join in this company. Believe that still I haven’t received my January’23 salary. Thanks.

Salary will not credit on time. Some times it will take 2 to 3 or 4 months to credit the salary. Extra work hours. No extra pay for extra hours. No appreciation. No recognition Poor Work culture.

Work-Life balance is good, salary and Benefits are good, promotions are given, job Security is available here, and work is satisfied, company culture is Excellent so I feel happy working at The INSPIRE INFOSAL PVT LTD

... you don't trust my word just ask their company md name, I have given at last 1st thing, they don't pay salary on time and it will delay upto 3months and they don't give apprisal also 2nd thing - you need to sign a 4 year bond in inspire, they will say you need to give 2,50,000 cheque, study certificates this is process you have to accept in that company 3rd thing - They don't have values also, if you work for over night they don't care about us. There will be no parties and celebrations in that company. In other companies, if ceo birthday means there will be something special will be there but in great inspire also have special thing, that is work as usual. 4th - people need to adjust for places like if there is desk means in that one person will able to sit but they will make us sit 2 people this special offer only in inspire 5th - At last they don't even give you experience certificate if your 4 year completed, they will say like do what ever you can do. Your 4 year life will complete lost and also they even give you certificates. They will play with your life. Md - saritha(--), suraj(--)

There is no work-life balance, and the primary issue is the delay in salary. There is a lack of respect, and there are no opportunities to learn new things here.
