Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. ... to 11hrs in the office, if you go home before the timings, you’ll be fired. Also there is no proper salaries, I never taken my salary on time. Please don’t get join in this company. Believe that still I haven’t received my January’23 salary. Thanks.

Dislikes

Salary will not credit on time. Some times it will take 2 to 3 or 4 months to credit the salary. Extra work hours. No extra pay for extra hours. No appreciation. No recognition Poor Work culture.
