I’d like to tell you what it’s like to be part of a company that truly cares about each and every employee while helping employees be their best at what they do. Insightful Technologies is that company. I’ve been in the Financial Industry for 20 years and worked for small, independent investment firms. When my previous company was acquired by Insightful, I wasn’t sure how I would like to work for such a large company. With so many new things to learn, it seemed like I would never get the hang of everything. The folks at Insightful know this and do everything they can to help you make the transition easy. A variety of resources and online training sessions are available, and they will work one-on-one with you if need be. It’s truly a great feeling to be part of a company where I can excel while helping the company grow.

Insightful Technologies has a no excuses, can do attitude. They are straight forward and to the point in discussions, will immediately jump on new needs and objectives, and constantly monitor their own work for success. If even a single concern is raised by Community Capital, they address it immediately, and don't stop addressing it until they know we are 100% satisfied with the outcome.

Honestly, no. I have been extremely happy with their performance.

We were a small firm before being bought out by insightful, much better then. Can't really say any good pros except some of the wealth team is very remote

You will have to follow a lot of compliance policies, even if not involved in wealth management/trading.

I'm working in this company from last one years . I feel better overall experiences with company staff . Very dedicational and motivational company Sr, staff . He always , very helpful to Intern & Freshers . Company atmosphere is very cool . Career growth and no any issue with salary / appraisal.
