...ity (travel time of single side is more than 1 hr 20 mins depending on where you live in the city), Very bad work culture, Salary doesn't get credited on time, No other benifits, Worst HR Department, Before joining the company even after receiving the offer letter if you ask for the Bus Route to decide where to search for Home, HR acts like you are asking for their kidneys and doesn't provide you the exact route just starting points are provided (and they expect you to find the route on your own), Leve policy are the worst, you can't club any type of leave with other leaves, sandwich policy is also applicable, PL has to applied for minimum of 3 days can't take a single leave in PL and CL can't be taken for more than 3 consecutive days, Worst IT Department (Using 10-12 year old PC & Laptops), They provide old PC & Laptops which gets hanged in every 5-10 minutes and expect employees to work efficiently.

1. Seniors are lazy & don't work so new person has to do entire work. 2. QA/QC department work culture is worst and don't have enough manpower to work so create extreme pressure. 3. Company believe in get work like blood sucking parasite and very bad politics in quality department. 4. Don't join in quality department. If you are fresher then it's good to learn at initial level. 5. If you are just setting at home then just join but don't do sign any bond for 2or 3 years.

Nothing. Work culture depends individual relationship. Salary depends on how you closer relative of management. No training just formalities.

Nothing much but recently gujarat association awarded best employer in whole Gujarat but its shocking because really very poor policy and work culture.

Top management has poor mindset and not interested to run the company. Highest egotistic and poor HR management. Don’t join this company because it will destroy your life and you will feel failure yourself due to kind of torture your Management do with you . Entire company is facing failure of whole management. All the departments of INOXCVA is disturbed due to poor leadership. Please avoid this company and save your career. If you get opportunities for interview kindly avoids and contact your friends or someone who is already working in INOXCVA to get proper feedback to avoid destroy your career and save yourself to mental disorders

1. QA/ QC department culture is very poor. 2. Quality incharge is very lazy to do work and give his own work to junior those are already loaded. 3. There is no fear in manager level person in department because upper level management don’t even interested to involve in this nonsense. 4. Quality incharge in just setting in HOD Cabins and doing Time pass and playing politics and compliant their juniors ( who are doing very hardship hence moral of engineer gets down. 5. Everyone is frustrating due to dual behaviour of quality incharge of unit 1 (to give name not interested but senior level person ) due to people resign and he is just creating nonsense to complain and complain without his any involvement in department and for just pretending the name of performing audits he is doing time pass because audits are performed by all the engineers but he is taking salary on the name of audits and management is also appreciate who a nonsense. Management need to take strong action again such kind of person who is taking almost more than 20LPA and also destroy the department culture and good people left the company.
