THEY WILL HIRE YOU, ON GOOD ONE TIME PAY SCALE, THEN FOUNDER HIM WILL SHOUT ON YOU ""IF YOU THINK YOU CAN LEAVE OFFICE BY 7 AFTER COMING AT 9, SORRY YOU ARE AT WRONG PLACE" THESE ARE EXACT WORDS. WHEN IT TIME FOR APPRAISAL, YOU WONT GET ANYTHING ABOVE 3-4% TOXIC WORKING CULTURE.. STAY AWAY FROM THUS ORGANIZATION. THE MANAGEMENT HAVE STUPID POLITICS AND STUPID RELATION WITH MULTIPLE WOMAN, ARE YOUNG GIRLS ARE SO IMMATURE HELPLESS IN A HOPE TO GET GOOD RAISE DONT KNOW WHAT ALL THEY HAVE TO DO. RESPECTING WOMAN AND WOMEN EMPOWERMENT IS ONE THING, BUT THIS COMPANY ALWAYS IGNORES FEMALE STAFF AND THEIR EXCUSES, BLOODY PAINFUL PLACE TO WORK AT. STAY AWAY !!

I have an overwhelmingly positive experience working with innovist. 1-Company Culture - Very Good 2-Professional Development Opportunities-The company provides ample opportunities for employees to enhance their skills. 3-Supportive Leadership-Their open door policy encourages communication at all levels, and they genuinely care about the well-being and success of their employees.

As such I don't find anything, to be disliked in the organization.

I really appreciate the company’s culture, especially the perk of having alternative Saturdays off.

I have had the privilege of working with Innovist,the teams within the e-commerce devison seamlessly collaborate,sharing ideas and expertise to overcome challenges and drive success.I am proud to be a part of this organisation.

None. I mean nothing, no ambience, no work life bal, no perks, no appreciation no good behavior of founder. Just expect the exact opposite of the above.
