No fixed process. One person handles two or three projects. Lobby baji. Oiling n buttering policy. There are lobbies of Christians anlo indians n nepalis. No Hindu or bengalis had their priority. Fixed night shift. Partiality are the most powerful thing in this company.

Innover offers excellent work-life balance, and the salary is always on time. My team members and manager are incredibly supportive, making work enjoyable.

Hikes are good. Timely salary. Pick and drop available. Good working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Managers and management don't value your efforts. No thought about employee mind set. No emotions no appreciations for individual efforts. Job can be terminated at any given time. Managers are blunt towards employees.
