Like and fast growing company, there can be occasional challenges with communication across departments, however HR and leadership team is actively working on improving this. Overall it doesn't hinder the work experience much.

Salary on time and office culture is good.

No fixed process. One person handles two or three projects. Lobby baji. Oiling n buttering policy. There are lobbies of Christians anlo indians n nepalis. No Hindu or bengalis had their priority. Fixed night shift. Partiality are the most powerful thing in this company.

Hikes are good. Timely salary. Pick and drop available. Good working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Managers and management don't value your efforts. No thought about employee mind set. No emotions no appreciations for individual efforts. Job can be terminated at any given time. Managers are blunt towards employees.
