There is nothing great about this company other than the fact that the management takes great pleasure in torturing its employees on a regular basis

Frequent dismissal of employees as layoffs and calling it as management decisions for maintaining the work quality. Poor work life balance. Worthless benefits that amount to nothing.

Lunch is below average quality and taste. No work life balance. No job security. They will kick you out without any warning or Notice period. Not a good place for freshers. Toxic management. Bad HR policy Some managers are very bad and behave like vethalam.😂.

Nothing. There is no job security, Even there is no projects, Work culture is so terrible, Even though they didn't identify talented people. Simply waste its definetly going to close in 3 months

No Work life balance, No work even we can say that you will be in Bemch for almost one year and they will fire you because of you are in bench. There is no job security

I had a good career start from here. I did a couple of good projects and I had very good exposure to learning a lot. I had to participate in the entire solution lifecycle, focusing on coding and debugging. I also ensured security and data protection, code reviews, testing and troubleshooting to ensure smooth functionality.
